The Mega Twister Barcode Horizontal is an enhanced version of the original Mega Twister Seal, optimized for cost efficiency while maintaining high quality and performance. This compact utility seal features essential tamper-evident elements, including a translucent body for rapid visual inspection of the locking mechanism. Its color-coded inserts and generous horizontal marking area support clear barcode labeling and efficient asset identification. Compact and versatile, it is ideal for a variety of securing and tagging applications. These seals include BioSphere bio-additives for improved environmental sustainability.

To provide eco-conscious solutions on a wide array of applications, all Mega Fortris’ security seal product lines with plastic content will include the BioSphere bio-additives from 13 May 2024.

Description

1. The Mega Twister is produced with a twister locking insert in a plastic translucent body for a clear view of the locking and evidence of tampering.
2. Two types of wires are available for various applications. With either the stainless steel (SS) coated wire or non-coated wire, the twister locking mechanism can achieve quick and tight securing of the seals.
3. A marking area flap is placed on the bottom for irreversible laser marking of identifiers such as name, logo, barcode, serial number and QR code.
4. color coding is possible with a combination of clear plastic body and our offered color choices for the vibrant color insert.
5. Biodegradable additives are available. Adding this material will turn the translucent seal body frosted.
